Our body is made up of 75-80% water. Apart from allowing our body to function the way it should, water is the key to beauty. Many people ignore that simple, cheapest and maybe free way of having a beautiful flawless skin. How then does water help our skin? Since our body is made up of mostly water, the cells need it to not only function properly, but to be smooth as well. The simplest example is a plastic bag. When it is filled with water, it is so smooth and feels soft. If you empty it, it becomes wrinkles and the touch doesn't feel as good. That is exactly how our cells work.

Water is natural cleanser. We try so hard in our lives, to buy expensive and sometimes non-effective chemical products that we heard from an advertisement somewhere with a beautiful model posing, or from a friend. I am not against them, the products actually work for some people, but how are you sure that they will work for you? Drinking water in plenty helps our body to flash out toxins that harm our cells and make our complexion appear dull. Toxins are the same things that make us have break-outs, rashes, and appear dull. Once toxins are out, our skin becomes clear. Hmm, one more funny thing, water makes our sweat almost odourless. You may find yourself good to go even without a deodorant. When we drink plenty of water, we pee a lot, and that is one way of telling us that we are getting rid of what is not needed by the cells in the body. Sweat has a strong smell because the sweating process is also our body's mechanism of getting rid of what the body doesn't need. Toxins in this case. But when we drink a lot of water, our kidneys function properly, and gets rid of the toxins much faster, thus, by the time we sweat, most toxins will be out already, and the sweat will have almost a neutral smell.
How then can we achieve all the benefits without struggling? Have you ever heard of water therapy? We all know that we should drink 6-8 glasses of pure water a day. This is how it is done. When you wake up in the morning, even before you shower, drink 4 glasses of water. Well, am I crazy? 4 glasses is a lot to take right? You can begin with even two, but make sure you increase your intake day by day until you can take 4 in the morning. Why morning? Because the previous day's toxins that were taken with food need to be eliminated before another day begins. After the 4 glasses, you must wait for 40 minutes to an hour before you actually eat anything. Then you can have your breakfast and go on with the day. Later on, before you have your lunch, take 2 more glasses and wait for 15 minutes before you eat. The same thing applies in the evening before dinner. This is an easy way to have 8 glasses a day. I take an additional glass before I go to bed. This not only helps my skin the more, but it is also a great way to avoid bad breath. You will find out that your breath in the morning is almost without any smell, if you make a habit of drinking a glass before sleeping. Say goodbye to tea and coffee and cola, and replace them with water.
On the first week of this method, you will really frequent the toilet for a short-call, but once your body adapts to this, you will be fine. For those who suffer from constipation, this method will help you a lot. Remember constipation gives you a dull complexion. Your intestines need to be emptied everyday. Water therapy is great for you.
Your skin, eyes and hair will become radiant and people will notice within the first few days. Acne will begin disappearing and even dark spots will brighten up. It is the most natural inexpensive way that God gave man. Try out, and let me know.

You are 100% correct. Still it's hard to drink that much. I've managed to get up to 6 glasses a day. Water is healthy and free, we should all be drinking it. :-)

Guys, this is the most effective and healthy way to get healthy,radiant, and flawless skin. Actually, all of those creams and chemicals hurt your skin... and what ever you put on your skin, goes into you blood... so drink up! :)
